I finished watching the OT and I thought it looked fine, though if you're not a fan of DNR, you probably wouldn't like that, it has no grain at all.

I didn't buy this set yet because of all the complaints about the disc packaging but I have seen the OT on Disney+ and I personally find their restorations to be impeccable. Probably because of the lack of grain.

I don't care much about 4K so I'm fine with the copies of TFA and TLJ that I already own. Will probably get the OT films because I only own them on DVD, not on Blu-Ray. I might reconsider on getting the box set though but we'll see.
