"Sesame Street". "The Muppet Show". "Fraggle Rock". What would the world have been like without Jim Henson? Thankfully, we don't have to imagine that, and instead can enjoy the many wonderful works of puppetry Henson and his collaborators gave us over the years.

The 1984 documentary Henson's Place: The Man Behind the Muppets celebrates the genius and his works, paying notice to every major creation with comments from Henson and seven colleagues. It comes to Region 1 DVD for the first time on Tuesday from Lionsgate. Read our review.
