I really like Outfit 2
For some reason I never really liked Outfit 4 I think it's because her dress is similar to Cinderellas and I don't like that cheap tiara she's wearing!
All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them. - Walt Disney
#6 is my favorite. I like how it looks like a flower with petal-like parts around it. It especially looks nice when you see it on Tiana with the other Princesses since it's the only green gown. It makes for a nice variety.
Def like dress 5 the best. Very different from every other Disney Princess, and it looks very 1920s...very charleston :)
Number 4 has always bothered me. I think its cause it's the one they use to promote the film, and its a COSTUME of a princess...not a real one. In my mind, it just shows the desperation to shoehorn another princess into the toy line...
Her green wedding dress. It and Cinderella's pink and silver dresses are my favorite heroine dresses--period. Although, I like Ariel's sparkle dress at the end, too, but I tend to always forget about it because in general Ariel's dresses were unimpressive.
I don't know which is number 5 though. I thought the blue dress was her last before becoming a frog, and the green wedding dress her first when she's transformed back into a human.

Number 5 is from the part where Dr. Facilier is telling Tiana that he can make her dream of her own restaurant come true if she gives him back the charm. He sets up this whole sequence where she's in the restaurant of her dreams and that's the dress she's wearing.
To answer the original question, I think for me, it's a tie between number 4 and number 6. I really like how "princess"y they look. I don't know. Ooh, sparkly!
Overall, I've never been crazy about the blue dress. It's a generic Cinderella throwback and, even though I know that was done on purpose, I'm not crazy about it.

I'm surprised so many people like the sixth dress. I've always thought it was a little ridiculous-looking, honestly. I love the concept, but I think they overdid it in the execution.
