Possible fault on Pinocchio UK Blu?

Post by MattDean »

Has anyone else noticed this?

This may be seen as minor but on viewing Pinocchio today I got up close to the TV to wipe some dust off the top of my set when I noticed that during the ending of the opening credits, and into the beginning of the film, there is a horizontal pulsating broken line about one third of the way down the screen. It's clearly visible on top of the credits.

In all fairness I've only watched this Blu a couple of times and never noticed this, but now I've seen it it's becoming distracting! It may just be my disc but there are no marks, scratches, etc.

Could anyone else check it out?

I have a Bravia 52" and sit fairly close so you might appreciate that now I know this 'fault' is here I can't help but notice it.

I also have the US Blu, I checked that out and that plays fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Matt

Hi MattDean, I replied to the thread in the other section but also thought I'd reply here in case you didn't see/read it.

I could not find any such fault in my copy of the Region B disc. Perhaps you might ring Buena Vista for a possible exchange if the disc turns out to be faulty? :?
