Just to check, the Region 2 Dumbo, in comparason to the Region 1 releases what is it, the Big Top Edition or the 60th anniverary edition?

It's a watered down version of the 60th anniversary edition.

I heard the Big Top Edition has improved picture quality. Is this true?
All in all, which Dumbo DVD would you recommend (of all regions)?
