Well, I've heard that Splash Mountain will undergo a rehab from January 3rd until February 27th. I wonder what kind of refurbishments it'll get? Confused

Ooh! Ooh! I hope it's a true-to-life audio-animatronic figure of actor James Baskett, in the role of Uncle Remus! They can even use his archived audio from the film! *crosses fingers expectantly*

As awesome as that would be.... I do realize that that's probably the last thing it would be. Crying or Very sad

Which park? I'm assuming Disneyworld, since Disneyland already had one maybe 2 years ago.

Which meant nobody road the Winnie the Pooh lines and it was quite scary at night.... Laughing

Yeah, at Disney World.

But.... what kind of stuff did the DL one get after its rehab? To be honest, I never been to Disneyland, but I plan to someday. Probably when/if I go to the next D23 expo.

Why assume that there will be any noticeable change? For a ride of that complexity, it's not an extremely long refurbishment. There are a lot of animatronics, vehicles, etc.

There probably won't be. *sigh*
But I can still hope for my Robo-Remus. I don't know why, I just really really like that idea.

To be honest, I really don't know. I didn't notice a difference... Laughing

Attractions get rehabs all the time. Like how cars get a yearly check-up. It doesn't necessarily mean new things will be added and changed. They're likely just doing extended maintenance to make sure everything's working properly and whatever needs fixing gets fixed, and whatever needs replacing will get replaced.
