So far the only song that's been released is "The World I Knew" by Jordin Sparks. Haven't seen a full album yet. The soundtrack was done by Nicholas Hooper.

This blurb showed up on the Wikipedia page:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/African_Cats
The film is scheduled to be released on April 22, 2011, and as of April 12, 2011, over $1.7 million in tickets have been sold in advance of the film's release. As of April 12, 2011, it is estimated that the "See African Cats, Save the Savanna" initiative has saved over 9,500 acres of land in Kenya.
Excellent! Remember to see the movie opening week. 8)

Saw the movie this evening. Very good, great footage, nice soundtrack, although they could still add to the narration - the same gripe I had with Oceans last year, but you got to remember too that these Disneynature documentaries are targeted at families. Looking forward to Chimpanzee next year, and Hidden Beauty/Pollen if it gets released to theaters on this continent. Will probably go see African Cats again. Keep the Disneynature movies coming Disney. :)

Doesn't look that way but it looks like Best Buy is going to have a deal where you save an extra $8 if you buy African Cats & any Diamond Edition of Lion King on the same receipt. You can still use the $5 LK coupon from Subway or DMR (probably not stackable) which'd mean a $13 savings on the pair.
15 gallon 7 pint blood donor as of 1-4-11. Done donating. Apparently having Cancer makes you kind of ineligible to donate.

Interesting. I wonder if BB will have that deal here in Canada. That would be a savings of $16 because the LK DMR coupon is $8 here in Canuck land.
