Luke - Appreciation Thread

Yes, it really can't be said often enough. UD is one of the web's most popular sites for a reason, and that reason is teh Luke. I, too, can speak from some experience in saying that operating a site like this takes a tremendous amount of work, much of which goes unrewarded, and Luke does far more than I do so I can only imagine. Much like Disney itself, UD goes beyond the call of your typical website and it's all for we, the readers/posters. So hooray for Luke, and a big thanks!

Do I need to say more than that? Well, Luke's one of the few who's so modest, he doesn't even put his name on his DVD reviews! Besides, anyone who takes a simple Angelfire site with a condom board and turns it into a rich website with its own domain and growing community deserves appreciation. Let's hear it for Luke! Wasn't here for all the excitement, so I've gotta post two days later than everyone else (don't ya love it when that happens?).

It isn't said nearly as often as it should be, but Luke truly rocks. The reviews on this site greatly surpass any other DVD reviews I've seen on the web. It's obvious that a ton of research, thought, and effort go into each one, and it's an honor to read them. The website is just as fantastic, and if it weren't for this wonderful forum, I wouldn't have met all of you, and I wouldn't know nearly as much as I do now.

Thanks for everything, Luke! Even though we don't always say it, your hard work is very much appreciated.

I don't think this thread gets updated enough (it's been four years since this was last posted in ). I would just like to, again, personally thank Luke for everything he does on this site. This is one of the first places I go to when I get on my computer (every single time I get on the computer). This is forum and website is just an awesome experience and I don't think Luke gets enough credit for what he has done. This is one of the most magnificent websites I've ever visited and I definitely would like to thank Luke for all of the amazing things he has contributed to this website. Everything you do is greatly appreciated and I know I'm not the only one who thinks so. THANKS LUKE!!!
