Ultimate Disney for President in 2005
Have you ever wanted to run the country? Well, you gotta crawl before you can walk. If you enter this game, you can pick a party (Mickpublican or Donaldcrat) and run for president of the game! Everyone will nominate as many people as they like, and the six people with the most votes (three Mickpublicans and three Donaldcrats)will run for presidency. Now, these six people will face debates on current forum issues (Bandwidth, new features, responsibilites as President on the forum and how they'd change it) and two people from each party will be voted out, judged by our moderating panel. Then, when there's one Mickpublican and one Donaldcrat left, everyone will vote for who they want, and the person with the most votes (duh) wins. The prize? The President of the United States of Ultimate Disney.
Cheers,
JM

"Minnedependant" sounds like the candidate comes from Minnesota. It loses the Disney effect.
Also, I think that there needs to be a bit more clarity on which each of the parties stand for. If they are supposed to be merely Republicans and Democrats with Disney-fied names, I can think of some people (myself included) who generally wouldn't be listed under the parties that they are nominated for. My suggestion is that people be randomly nominated, not constrained to any party, and then the nominees can choose their parties on their own. Would make a bit more sense to me.

Will the Donaldcrats try and reduce private messages? Are the Mickpublicans really going to find alternate source of bandwidth? Is there enough room for Minniedependants to get proper coverage in our 2-party horse race system?
