Very sad news today...
Disney used his song "Through the Years" for the 20th Anniversary of Walt Disney World. It's a nice clip:

Re: RIP Kenny Rogers
Aw. Lyle Waggoner from The Carol Burnett Show had passed just the other day and now this.
I don't pretend to be a huge fan, but I grew up listening to country music and watching the awards shows, so of course I know him fairly well as a music artist--like a lot of people, I'm sure. My favorite solo songs of his are "Coward of the County," "She Believes in Me," and "The Gambler." But his performance of "Mary, Did You Know" (with Wynonna) will always be a song I listen to every Christmas, and of course I love "Islands in the Stream" (with Dolly, who I'm a much bigger fan of), too.
My thoughts go out to his family. Rest in peace.

Listening to most often lately:
Ariana Grande ~ "we can't be friends (wait for your love)"
Ariana Grande ~ "imperfect for you"
Kacey Musgraves ~ "The Architect"
