Yup, I got that, too!

I wonder what the new ways to redeem points could possibly be? For going to the Parks/Disney Store? I can't fathom what else.

Hoping for digital copies to add to the Movies Anywhere digital library (for movies that never came with a digital copy).

You don't think that those movies will eventually get a hard-copy-with-digital-code release? I've been waiting for those to come (like TBC, MMM/MT, etc.)

No, I meant movies that have already been released on blu-ray, but never came with a digital copy (The Rescuers, The Great Mouse Detective, Oliver & Company, etc.). With the inevitable decline in physical media sales, chances for a future re-releases are very slim.

Regarding TBC and MMM/MT, these will probably end up as DMC exclusives without digital copies, same as Saludos Amigos/The Three Caballeros and the two Goofy movies.

Oh, you mean for those digital releases to count towards DMR points?! Because they are released digitally, but yeah, without points. I think that's a great idea.

My bad, I replied to your original message too quickly!

Now I see you were talking about new ways to redeem the points, I was actually talking about the rewards. I would love for digital copies to be available as rewards. That way, we can try to complete our digital library for movies that never came with a digital code in their combo packs.

Sorry for the confusion! :)

It was supposed to relaunch as Disney Movie Insiders on Sept 26 but it seems to have been delayed. I haven't heard anything about a new release date though.

Is it just me or are there barely any rewards?

I can't even log in on my phone. I can't wait until they put out the app.

There are a lot of people complaining about the available rewards on the Facebook page, but they will apparently add more items over the next number of weeks. A lot of people are also trying to add their codes, but keep being rejected.

At the moment, DMI isn't accepting my DMR login, even though they said they would. So I'm going to wait a few weeks for them to sort out the bugs. Not sure why they didn't wait until everything was working fine before they launched the new website, but oh well.

I was able to login to DMI the other day. I wasn't paying attention and DMI had already taken over before I even realized what was happening. I would've liked to seen the rewards offered at the end of DMR. :/ I have a feeling it'll be 6 months before DMI is offering anything worth the points.

Yeah, all I see are gift cards, D23 memberships, and the studio tour.

If they don't add anything of interest by the end of the year, I may just hit them up to renew my D23 membership...

Currently none of my movie codes are being redeemed. Looks like they still haven't fixed that issue.

I can click the "enter code" button and it allows me to enter my DMR codes (like Aladdin and Toy Story 4) but everytime I try to redeem those codes, I'm told there are errors with the codes. Although they redeemed successfully with Movies Anywhere.

The app exists now...but it says I have 0 points up top...I thought our points were supposed to carry over from Disney Movie Rewards? :(

*edit*
"Points History" shows my DMR points but I don't know how to get them ...FAQ here I come...

*edit* I can't find the answer. :(

*edit* OMG, sorry I'm annoying, now my points are there...I guess you click then and then need to wait a few minutes...

Is anyone else disappointed that they aren't doing the 25 Days of Christmas special this year? I was hoping they wouldn't discontinue that with the new program but clearly that isn't the case. There aren't any special holiday rewards either since usually they add a lot of new ones by December.
