Disney has filed exploratory permits for the River Country site at Ft. Wilderness. According to those at WDWMagic, this is indeed a reviving of the old plans to build a resort on this site. No word on if it would be a DVC resort, however most signs point to yes. The land has sat vacant since the early 2000s when the water park was closed.

There are more negative comments online on different sites & forums than positive. Disney will have designated places in the hotels where the dogs are allowed, so that should make it easier for people with allergies, or who are concerned about the barking. I am thrilled about this- I haven't stayed at too many WDW hotels, since I've lived in Central FL during most visits, but when I lived out of state, I stayed at La Quinta Inn because dogs were not allowed at WDW hotels. I think it's a great idea.

I wasn't even thinking about that (I assumed it'd be animated)- it's a good question..it hasn't been announced.Atlantica wrote:Will the BATB Singlalong show be based on the live action film, or the Classic I wonder ...
https://www.bustle.com/p/the-new-rides- ... e-13202365Chapek revealed that the brand-new “Beauty and the Beast” sing-along show will be offered in addition to “Impressions de France” in Epcot’s France pavilion. The show is being created by Don Hahn, who produced both the animated and live-action “Beauty and the Beast” films. At this point, it is unclear whether the new “Beauty and the Beast” show will include music from the live-action or the animated film, but with Hahn’s creativity, we’re sure the show will be a hit.
Also coming to the France pavilion will be an interactive Beauty and the Beast sing-along show. Playing on rotation with the “Impressions de France” film which the pavilion has hosted since 1982, this sing-along will reportedly bear some similarities with the “For The First Time In Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration” show currently playing at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It’s not totally clear whether the Beauty and the Beast sing-along will feature live actors in addition to movie clips; the Frozen sing-along does, though, so it’s not totally out of the question that the Beauty and the Beast show might, too.
