This is without doubt the best review I've read about the movie so far. So positive. I really hope this movie will turn out to be epic and great.

Those are all really beautiful covers. I like the cover for the Big Bear Little Bear. Why? Well, look at the pose of the bear behind Merida. It offers a little hint.

No problem!

Speaking of updates, a new TV spot and a new featurette premiered on Disney Channel last night (only cam-recorded versions exist at the moment).

Watching both of these featurettes so far, for some reason I can't help but chuckle at Merida's sarcasm when she says, "Perfect family, perfect kingdom, perfect life." Then, it's immediately followed by few seconds worth of clips of mayhem and chaos.

Well, now we are introduced with Merida and the triplets, I'm willing to bet we'll know about the king and queen next time.

Why do I have a feeling that Lassestor has been hanging out with Miyazaki a lot because it seems like he basing a lot of characters on characters in Miyazaki's work?In fact I think Brave could be really popular in Japan espically with fans who are also like Mr.Miyazaki's work.In fact I wonder and think about if this would be if Miyazaki decided to write a Pixar film.I think they are doing a Miyazaki like film instead of doing the usual Disney forumla involving princesses.

Does it? :P

I'd first posted this on page 23. Back then she was referred to as the "wise woman" in official synopses and not as the "witch".

I've heard that too. I don't know. It's possible we may not get it at all.

I must confess I didn't pay a lot of attention to the reports, but are we sure it's not the same trailer that is on Disney's website, which they've been playing in front of all the other movies (i.e., the scene showing Merida out shooting all her potential suitors)?

Yes. It's a different one. It is about 5-minutes long and features new footage. People who've seen it have verified this on Twitter and Tumblr.
