For crying out loud Luke! Is it too much to ask that you give us spoiler warnings?

Luke, I was wondering if you could post the old cover art for Kronk's New Groove on the Upcoming Cover Art page. It's just I noticed that the small cover art was different to the new one you posted a few days ago, and I never got a chance to look at it. Could you? Please?!!!!!!!! *said begging*

Kronk = Klunk

Post by Owlzindabarn »

Oh, why do they spend energy on this rubbish, while canceling Dumbo 2?

This may possibly the worst cheapquel of all time, a tacky follow-up to a tacky cartoon....oh, excuse me, that should be "animated classic."

What's next? Beauty and the Beast 3: Belle's New Smell? How about Home on the Range 2: An Udder Disgrace?

Well, technically we have a BatB3 already. Remember Belle's Magical World?

yeah its great i actually liked it better than the lilo & stitch 2 cover art (in my opinion)
-anyways i cant wait for this movie, i just don't like it when they make really cool movies fade away by making sequels i mean some of'em are good but not enough for the first one.

Anyone know where I can get pictures/screen caps from the end of the movie where Kronk is with all the other Junior Chipmunks?

Yeah I agree with Loomis as well. Don't knock it out right away just because you don't think it's good.

And also, don't forgot, Eisner's no longer in charge. Just thought I'd point that out for those who are out right away to blame him.

So far I'm not a big fan of any of the Disney series, but like Loomis said, they are free, and if I one gets bored with a show...CHANGE THE CHANNEL...

Over simplistic.

I don't think he is making the big call on every single release.

Anyways, here we go again, with people inevitably condemning a film without having seen it yet.

Yeah, I can't stand these companies that give us free entertainment.

How dare they clog up the airwaves with their own scheduled programming!

Again, maybe someone should SEE THE SHOW FIRST before saying something is wrong with it.
I agree with everything Loomis said!

I mean I'm not sure the sequel was even Eisner's idea(remember Iger is now in charge, but even so, neither can be blamed fully)!

As for t.v. series, I wasn't so excited about Buzz Lightear of Star Command, but when I saw the first episode, WOW! I loved it more than Chip N' Dale's Rescue Rangers and Tale Spin!

I mean I can understand there have been SOME shows and sequels that have been crappy, but don't dismiss all of them, you might be pleasently surprised!

It is amazing how the angry Loomis of December 2004 is still relevant in October 2005. :D

And we all need to start sending our hateful vibes to Iger now, don't we?

Anyway, that is all completely irrelevant, because this thread was bumped because we have a question from a new UDer:

Or do you mean from the end of the original The Emperor's New Groove?

How can you say you don't like someting if you haven't even seen it yet? I think Kronk's New Groove looks pretty darn good.
Dragon, not lizard. I don't do that tongue thing.

Lilo: I'm not touching you!
Stitch: TOUCHING ME!

I agree, 100%. I think it will be pretty good. They have a lot of room to deepen Kronk's character in so many ways, and besides that it's Kronk... he's hilarious!

I have high hopes for this movie. :D
