Nobody seems terribly interested in this thread, but I'll keep updating anyways.

I'm not sure what Mickey's Laugh Factory or Donald's Laugh Factory are, but they have been delayed until January 15, 2005.

I, for one, am terribly interested. I do like to see what you guys get, especially since if we haven't already gotten it, we will soon.

So am I :)

If the "Laugh Factory" DVDs are being delayed till January, do I sense another "Treasures" set in the works before years end? Maybe.

Perhaps these are the 'Mickey's Greatest Hits' and 'Donald's Greatest Hits' videos retitled?

I suspect you may be right, although it isn't in the November line-up. I suspect December/January.

They must be selling well, because the 2nd "Wave" was comissioned fairly quickly after the success of the first.

I doubt we will see any of the live action stuff, so hopefully Goofy and more Mickey will make its way down here.

THe OFLC have just passed On Holiday with Timon & Pumbaa.

This comes days after EzyDVD offered buyers of the Aladdin: Special Edition (2 Disc) a free Around the World with Timon and Pumbaa DVD, if you are one of the first 500 orders.

So it looks like we are finally getting all the volumes from overseas.

I suspect these may be Target exclusives. Although Ezy are giving away these, so I could be wrong...

Roadshow are advertising the Australian release of Flight of the Navigator for November 18.

It isn't released by Disney here, as is the case in the UK. I guess we will have a similar (if not identical) copy to the one in the UK.

I've added it here for the sake of completeness.

Thanks Robyn. Just when I was thinking of not bothering anymore! :)

And welcome to the board. There are quite a few Aussies here. I think we should all rise up and take over the board eventually (but don't tell Luke).

Oh, please keep bothering, Loomis. It's very useful to have the up-to-date dope on what's coming out down here.

I have some disc specs for the interested. These were titles people had asked about before, OR aren't available in the US.

One of our Dinosaurs is Missing
1.66:1, DD2.0 (English, Spanish)

Magnificent Rebel
1.33:1

Tom & Huck
2.35:1, DD5.1 (2.0 French, 2.0 Spanish)

Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken
1.85:1, DD 2.0 (English, Spanish, French)

Looks like Tom & Huck widescreen after all![/b]

Loomis - Have you seen/heard any further info on "In search of the Castaways"... other than what is shown on the BVHE web site ?

2.35:1 anamorphic and 5.1. In other words, everything it WASN'T here.

(I think I'll pick this one up instead of the P&S, Dolby Surround version.)

If only it had a trailer and "Timon and Pumbaa: Stand By Me"! But I guess that's asking for too much.

No, that - and the BVHE newsletter that mirrors the site - is pretty much my source of info. As far as I know, it is to be presented in 1.33:1.

And to Luke - and everyone else - I'd just like to say don't rely too much on BVHE's info. It is VERY subject to change (as the whole Make Mine Music saga proved).

However, it does look as though Tom & Huck will be release in the format mentioned above, as BVHE rarely get that specific on their site unless it is locked in.

Loomis, thank you so much for all this information! I'm a newbie Aussie too and although quite destitute at the moment due to my upcoming wedding, am hoping that I can at least lay-by Aladdin and Mulan and convince my fiance that I NEED the SE of Mary Poppins and Lilo, because they're better then the normal versions  Wish me luck!

BTW, I've been reading through this thread and it's unclear, though I'm pretty sure there have only been four Treasures released here - can you confirm that for me? I don't want to miss out on any, and am hoping beyond hope that we get the Studios one and ESPECIALLY the Tomorrowland one :)

Thanks heaps, this thread is awesome :)
