DVDBuff1, great things!! I'm very hopeful for the country. Thrift store finds are great! What are Okonomiyaki Tater-tots?!

UF, are you rediscovering your love through cable, like AMC/TCM, or buying the discs, or streaming? When I was a kid I used to watch classic films on cable a lot but I haven't had cable in forever...

I started listening to Karina Longworth’s podcast about classic Hollywood, You Must Remember This, and I watched a lot of Be Kind Rewind’s YouTube videos about the Best Actress Oscar race. And that reignited my interest! And when the pandemic started and I was out of work, I had plenty of time to watch old movies— the first one I brought out was “Meet Me in St. Louis” which was a great comfort because it reminded me of Main Street USA when I was homesick for WDW. Mostly I watched my own DVDs and Blu-ray’s that I had collected over the past 10 years. I also ordered new ones from Amazon (The Little Foxes, for example, was a new discovery for me. I sorta fell in love with Bette Davis this past year in particular). I don’t have TCM anymore but I keep up with the TCM Classic Film community on Twitter. I do have HBO Max which has a whole curated selection of films from TCM and the Criterion Collection. I’ve watched a lot of movies that were new to me through that streaming service.

They're pretty much Japanese pancakes.

Oh goodness, those tater tots look delicious! It reminds me of other breakfasts I want to try— those Korean street breakfast sandwiches (https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/102 ... ge-and-egg) and an authentic full English breakfast!

I've been planting flowers the past few days. Something called "Cosmos" in several pots and today some sunflowers around the yard. I plan to make three rows of sunflowers at the front of a field in front of the house; I have mostly basic sunflowers and a dark variant (Chianti Hybrid) that I'll mix among the rest. I bought three magenta Azalea bushes today, too, to replace some older ones that have been around so long they stopped blooming as strong as they used to. :)

I had to look up both of those plants (I know what a 'normal' sunflower is, though!), and GREAT colors on both! With the yellow of the sunflowers and the pinks/reds of the Chianti and Azaleas, that'll be one pretty garden for sure!!

How lovely, Divinity! I wish I could garden.

I woke up to birdsong and that made me very happy.

If I had the money, I'd totally buy some cherry trees, too, for them to start growing. It would take several years, but I've always loved the blossoms.

I have, knock on wood, a very good shot at getting a promotion at the museum I work at!!! The pay raise would open so many doors for me, so, fingers crossed! I’ve only just sent in my application, but I’ve talked to my boss a lot about it so we’ll see! I’m excited!

I was reading an older thread, and I came across a picture I posted from my old Photobucket account. I might have put all of the pics from that account into my Google Photos or even another Photobucket account...but I'm not sure. And I have no way of accessing that old Photobucket account...I don't know what email address is associated with it, so I didn't get the "Forgot Your Password" email. And I don't even know how to access the main page of the account...

Here's the photo's link:

https://i450.photobucket.com/albums/qq2 ... /1pooh.jpg

Do you guys have any idea as to how to at least see the main page with all of my photos (if they're not marked as private)?

BUT as I was trying to see in my Google photos and other Photobucket accounts if I have some of these photos, I was looking at old dog photos, of my dogs that passed away years ago, and it was very nice (I mean, I have photos of all my dogs around my house, but still!) to see them...happy tears.

Perhaps if you change the link somehow. Like removing the pooh.jpg part to https://i450.photobucket.com/albums/qq222/amydisney/ or something else similar? I haven't used Photobucket in ages ever since they changed. I technically still have an account there only because I need to wait until I'm at the library or something (somewhere with high-speed Internet) in order to delete the account altogether. The webpage became unmanageable for me a long time ago, but I just never visited until they started asking you to pay and restricting the free content / hosting amount and all that. I haven't used it since then and changed a lot of my old links and stuff in old posts here with updated links. I was sort of glad we ended up on Disneymania for a little bit there a month or two back, because I realized the signature I had on that site used the Photobucket link and I changed it.

I don't have a paid account, but I'd like to make sure that I have all of the photos elsewhere... Using the Photobucket question bot, I found an article on how to contact Photobucket if I don't know what email address I used at signup. Thank you, though!!! Playing around with the link just was giving me a "broken square" picture.
