I know. I paid $75 for Patrick Stewart. But, it was a once-in-a-lifetime chance to meet the entire Star Trek TNG crew (minus Colm Meaney) and Patrick was my missing sig so I went to meet him. I think Stan was charging about the same. Stan, Patrick, and Adam West were the three most expensive at last April's show.Maerj wrote: Stan generally charges $50, just so you know ahead of time.
Stan is turning 90 at the end of December, so he is definitely worth getting.

It sucks tho, cause now it's all about the money. I met Patrick Stewart back when Star Trek TNG was still on tv and he was signing for free. He seemed genuinely happy to meet fans, shake hands, sign pictures, the whole thing. Most of them were like that back then. Then it started, little by little, first it was $5 then $10, now the sky is the limit. Its too bad.Barbossa wrote:I know. I paid $75 for Patrick Stewart. It's my 21st Birthday in the morning and since I'll be going back to school from my weekend off at home I've started getting gifts. Thus far $50, $20 (which later turned into about $45-ish then back down to $31 at the Casino) and one Blu-ray. The Blu-ray I got as a gift was accompanied by a few we bought on sale with Birthday money and winnings. They are:
Prep & Landing: Totally Tinsel Collection (Gift Blu-ray)
Get Smart: The Original TV Series - Season 1 (DVD)
Gulliver's Travels (Two-Disc + Gulliver's Fun Pack) (DVD)
Horrible Bosses: Totally Inappropriate Edition (Blu-ray)
Magic Mike: Extended Edition (Blu-ray)
