I'm bending the rules a little bit to add the following to our list:

<i>Boy Meets World</i> - "And Then There Was Shawn" - Season 5 (Halloween)

Technically, it's not a Halloween episode. It didn't air in October and doesn't even appear to be set in the fall. However, it's about as Halloweeny as a sitcom gets. This is the famous horror spoof episode, one of the series' more memorable. A quick Google search shows that many people out there consider this a Halloween classic (perhaps mistakenly assuming that it aired then -- an easy mistake to make). In fact, watching the episode in the context of Season 5, it feels quite random as a February airing.
