Makes one wonder when we will see the first non-Disney version of Winnie.

Winnie the Pooh is such an evergreen property for Disney. It must have more TV iterations than any other Disney IP.

He looks really weird. Like one of these imitations that you can find in cheap stores.

I mean Winnie the Pooh had eyes back on the old late 80โ€™s live-action TV show.

Oh my God ! What`s up with Disney Junior making already established characters not looking like their former selves? He looks awful!

I wouldnโ€™t say they been doing that. Most of the characters look fine, not like an ugly version of the former selves. A lot of it is just them being a different animation style; surly mean that theyโ€™re bad or looking that much different from their former selves, EH?

I thought Alice (the character) looked okay in that DisneyJunior show despite being a miniature version of herself. But Pooh and Ariel both look terrible. He looks like a piece of cereal. :o

Fair enough. Perhaps I was a little harsh to say that. But I`m sorry if my statement offended you.

Winnie both looks and sounds weird. Here's the trailer for it.
"Playdate with Winnie the Pooh" premieres August 18 on Disney Junior YouTube and will also be available on Disney Junior and Disney Channel! Plus, "Me & Winnie the Pooh" vlog-style shorts premiere the same day, offering preschoolers even more ways to engage with the beloved characters from the Hundred Acre Wood.

Oh my God !

All of the characters looked off-model! I was expecting Pooh to not resemble himself, but not the others, too. They looked awful!

It's not surprising how almost every generation of CGI animation design looks very toned-exaggerated, shows toys, goes out of proportion, and gimmicky. Looking back how special and magical is Winnie the Pooh's unique appearance in the classical (traditional) cartoon animation. Animation that doesn't suck up. I miss the old look more than ever.

The interesiting fact about the original design is that looks similar to the artworks that youn can see in the originalโ€˜s books. These new versions donโ€™t have the spirit of the books and look more like a new generation of Care Bears

Agreed.

Don`t get me wrong, there`s nothing wrong with Disney even adapting their characters and movies into new Computer Animated TV shows. But at least they could`ve made the characters resemble themselves a bit more and look more appealing.
