So excited we'll finally see her in the MCU. I hope she'll eventually join the Avengers.

Ragarding the movie rights, doesn't they belongs to Universal if they want to make a solo movie?

I think that is the case but like the Hulk, she can still appear in other films it seems as long as they aren't centered on her. I'm fine with the serial format though because She-Hulk's profession lends itself to it. Still, I was hoping Marvel might position her as the family friendly equivalent of Deadpool on the big screen considering she breaks the fourth wall as well (and did it much earlier, I might add) but she can still do that in a TV show.

To be honest I don't like breaking the fourth wall that much. That was introduced by John Byrne. In the original She-Hulk series, stuff like that never happened. I have probably read all the issues, but looking back, I do find them a little boring. With a few exception it feels like all of it took place in a little town isolated from the rest of the Marvel universe.

Considering that Marvel have the production rights, I find it kind of annoying that Universal just don't sell all the rights to all their Marvel characters back to Disney.
