Tyra Banks has confirmed that a sequel to Life-Size is in development.
The cult 2000 Disney film starred a young Lindsay Lohan as a girl whose doll Eve - played by Banks - came to life.
Rumors that a sequel could be in the works began to emerge in 2012 and Banks has now told Digital Spy that pre-production is progressing.
"I have a meeting today to go over the script!" she said. "I swear! I don't think it'll be out until probably 2015, but I'm guessing - it could be late 2014 or 2015. But it will be back - Life-Size will be back, better than ever."
However, Banks - who was speaking to Digital Spy to promote her Special K Fight Fat Talk campaign - was coy on the details of the new movie.
"I can't [tell you anything] unfortunately," she said. "I'm under contract with Disney and I can't talk about it at all, except that it's coming. But it will be very different, very different. Very modern - a modern take."
I won't lie I did enjoy the first one but this is a rather odd choice to make a sequel to 15 years after the first. Also she hasn't revealed whether Lindsay Lohan will be returning or not yet though I doubt it, but yet it wouldn't totally shock me if she did. I would be shocked but not I didn't see that coming kind of shock

I used to love this movie! I would really love if the sequel was like Lindsay Lohan giving her daughter a Eve Doll and something happens, but really they could go with any family. Will Disney even associate with Lindsay Lohan anymore?
"Shine bright/shine far/be a star/where you live/who you are/be a star" I haven't seen that film for twelve years and I remember the tune and lyrics of the jingle in the Eve commercial which is kind of sad. I like the original film and am curious to see how a sequel turns out.

A better question is will Lindsay Lohan associate with Disney anymore, or has she "moved on?"
