Anyone glad Dippy Dawg's name was gone and called Goofy?

I mean, what the hell kind of a lame name is Dippy Dawg anyway? i'm glad they changed the character's name to Goofy and has a marketable name.

Goofy is more fitting towards his character, but Dippy is understandable as it was more fitting towards the time period back then.



In 80 years time who knows what sounds normal today might sound silly in the future c:

i like both. dippy dawg rolls off the tongue nicely, and goofy is easily recognisable.

Dippy Dawg was a nice name that fits with the prototype who will be later become Goofy.
Disney, Pixar, Rodgers and Hammerstein, and Cinema fan
