Just read that the episode will air on Sunday, February 12.

Also read that Aladdin and his genie will be in an upcoming episode as well!

They should get that guy who used to play the Genie in the stage show at Disneyland. Never saw it, but I remember samples/interviews from... maybe one of the Disney Christmas Parade airings on ABC? Ha.

So I Hulu'd this show today and really enjoyed it. It's actually surprisingly complex-- if a bit cheesy sometimes.

Looking forward to watching the rest of the season.

I didn't care for Sunday's episode, but I am noticing a pattern...every character is making a deal with Rumple in the Fairy Tale World....Snow White, Cinderella, Jiminy....

Even Emma made a deal of sorts with him!

I can't wait for this Sunday's episode! I may have to tape it if I end up going to my Best Buy's private shopping night...that is, if they even participate.

I missed the beginning of last Sunday's episode, so I am watching it now. I was wondering if the dalmatian was named Pongo! It IS! Ha. Awesome! I love how "Disney" they are taking this show!

I also thought it was weird how much Emma was looking all Elisa Maza in that episode. I wonder if there was any Gargoyles inspiration there.

Just started watchin this series (thank you Itunes) and the pilot had me intrigued.

This is a refreshing show, much bet'ter than Grimm (I just found out Gimm's been filmed in my town). Always enjoyed the idea of Belle, Pinocchio, Alice, etc living in the same universe, so far they did it justice. Course I'm curious how they'll handle the animal characters (I assume Big Bad Wolf was in the pilot).

Tell me I've imagined this but did Rumple just did what I saw him do??? murdered Cinderella's GodMother?? :-( broke my heart, just threw me way off I was like "what the-?!" It'll be a while for me to watch Cinderella again without thinking bout what just happend in "Price Of Gold" (episode 4)

Rumple's Enchanted design seems like a spin on Heath's Joker, is Rumple's personality ever described in the tale??? his human mode was decliously evil, he comes off like a well leveled Mob boss *haha* like Nucky from BoardWalk Empire (another great show imo) and the notion of every character naturaly afraid of this guy is plausible.

Jimminy's episode is by far the best, the idea of him knowing/helpin Gepetto before meeting Pinocchio works.

Quite curious how they'll present Beast's Enchanted design, wouldn't mind seein Animated Beast, it could probaly work. Only Robby Benson can pull off Beast's voice, quite curious who's Beast's Human mode....my guess is the sherrif but he could be the Huntsman.... Hmmmm....

Emille looks exactly like Belle, if she has a good singing talent, send her to Beauty/Beast Broadway.

Face-wise, I don't think she looks anything like Belle, but I still think she's a good choice for the role, for this show at least.

Another great episode.

SPOILERS on the latest ep...

They always make me feel so bad for Miss Blanchard. I thought he just wasn't going to show up on the bridge though, which would have been worse.

I loved the King Midas stuff. God, this episode had me talking to the TV a lot, which I don't do that much, even if I riff a lot. I mean, it had me saying, "Don't do that!" A lot, like stopping to go into Mr. Gold's shop.

I do get a bit more giddy when they introduce a new Disney-named character though. I guess Midas WAS in a short, of course. I was thinking the Belle one might be on today though. I haven't been reading ahead about the episodes, ha.

To me, this last episode didn´t add anything at all to the series.

In fact, its only pupose was to make things worse (for the characters). But that wasn´t the spice it needed. It felt they did it just because. As it didn´t move the series forward in any way.

One thing I found out was that the series doesn´t have risks or dangers. As it becomes predictable...but still fun.

When Charming bumps into Regina at the street you know for sure she was going to lie.

...and even so, you knew he would end up at the bridge anyways.

Didn't move the series forward??? It gave a huge chunk of backstory and character info on key players! Sheesh.

I have to disagree about it already becoming predictable, too. I mean, knowing a villain is going to lie doesn't really mean the show is predictable. That's what villains do. And there was no way to know for sure if he would end up at the bridge or not. I assumed he would just stand her up.

Well, this seems to confirm that Sheriff Graham is indeed the huntsman.

My world doesn't revolve around whether a show is like a Disney fairy tale or not. If it entertains me, that is most important. I guess that is what comes of being a grown-up and not comparing anything to anything else.

"Once Upon A Time" is a really good show. The story is pretty interesting, but I am not going to try to compare it to any Disney fairytale or character within such stories. I know that it can be fun, but I would rather wait each week to see what interesting character will be revealed.
The only way to watch movies - Original Aspect Ratio!!!!
I LOVE my Blu-Ray Disc Player!

Good choice of words Dvdjunkie, as long the overall plot/characters keeps me entertained then I'm happy.

I wonder if Peter Pan or Dorothy will make an apperance, I'm quite curious bout Rumple's connection with the curse.

This could last maybe 2 seasons tops, don't know how they could extend it to 3 seasons at least

Sheesh, who spit in YOUR oatmeal?

It's not that I HAVE to have it incorporate Disney, it's that they CHOSE to do that by using the Disney character names, so they brought it up themselves. If it was going for total originality, they shouldn't have done that. If you're going to use names CLEARLY referencing the Disney films, then a true Disney fan is going to start paying attention to that kind of detail.

Slave, Jimminy Cricket's name being used in the series is acceptable because he's just "the talkin cricket" in the orignal story, plus just cause they use the Disney names for characters like J.C doesn't mean the series is slowly bringing alternate verison of the beloved disney verisons.

It's a nice treat seein some nods to various Disney Fairy tales, like I didn't know that Leroy was whistling Whistle While You Work till I saw it on the Closed Caption. Lookin forward to more lil Disney eggs :)

Well, really Mason, when you use as many of the names as they have, on an ABC show no less, then that's exactly what it means. But, honestly, I'm really not even sure where this attitude towards me on this issue is coming from. I haven't said anything negative about the show. I freakin' LOVE the show. I've only expressed an enjoyment of the Disney egg drops as well and a hope for more. Only in Maleficent's case did I really have a complaint, because I thought she came off as ditzy, and I expressed a little disappointment at the lack of "Disney eggs" last time because I find them a highlight at this point, since they gave us Pongo the week before.

*sigh* Already being reminded why I left this forum. I mean, really, implying that someone is not a "grown up" because they enjoy the Disney aspect of the show? How immature can someone get?
