Does Wish come out next year or 2025 then? So no WDAS film for this year so far?

Of this list:

1. Deadpool 3 ~ The second one wasn't as fun as the first, but still... Very much looking forward to it!
2. Elio ~ Love the designs. Hopefully Elio will be the only protagonist, no "buddy" companion. I like that this looks more in the vein of Luca and Turning Red than their previous films... PIXAR's in a much better direction, other than Elemental. Although at least Elemental will be a romance, that's something, at least. There's a quality here (referring to Elio), not sure what, that makes me think of Steven Universe. The design combined with the synopsis of him dealing with aliens, sort of similar to Steven dealing with an alien race on that show. Although I guess Steven technically was an alien himself on that show.
3. Inside Out 2 ~ The first one was one of the few PIXAR films before they dumped Lasseter that I liked. Always thought this could have the same potential as Toy Story to go forever, with so many "stages" of life they could cover.
4. Avatar: The Seed Bearer ~ This will be the third in the trilogy, right? If nothing else, it'll be pretty.
5. Mufasa: The Lion King ~ I thought the first one was fun for an hour, too bad they can't bring Beyonce back somehow? Maybe End Credits only, I guess.
6. Snow White ~ Really just for Gal Gadot, that's about it. The music (whatever there is left and/or new) will probably be decent at least. And I'm glad it looks to have Dwarfs after all even though they've been erased from the title and probably will be hidden in the trailers / ads.

Another reboot of Fantastic Four? They never make that one work....

Wish is coming out on November 22, 2023. There will not be a WDAS film in 2024.

But usually when there's no WDAS film and two Pixar films, they'll release one in November, like they did in 2015 and 2017.
I think they just haven't announced it yet.

When they plan to do that though, they reserve a slot in the release calendar as "Untitled Disney Animation". They haven't done so for 2024. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I'm very excited about Captain America, Avatar, Deadpool 3 and Mufasa. Inside Out 2 is an interesting idea, but I wasn't that fond of the first one. I thought it was an okay movie, but not among Pixar's best. Now, about Snow White, I'm mostly excited to see Gal Gadot as the Queen. She's such a fantastic actress and she's gorgeous. Rachel is beautiful and she's an awesome singer, but after hearing what she had to say about the original Snow White and especially her relationship with the Prince, I'm not particularly excited to see what she'll bring to the role. It'll most likely be some useless modern, feminist update, which will make the character weaker and not particularly memorable.

For me, I think I'm most excited about Inside Out 2. I really like the first and have been imagining what a sequel would look like, and it turns out from what we've heard so far it's moving in the direction of my theories. So that's cool!

Second, I'd say it's Fantastic Four. This movie is a long time coming, and I really like them in the comics. Their introduction will change a lot of things for the MCU, and I think we're getting to a point where we need that kind of change.

Third, I'd say its a tie between Avatar: The Seed Bearer and Captain American: New World Order. Avatar because I'm still looking forward to seeing where this series goes and Cap because I'm simply a sucker for a Cap film.

It was the only Marvel movie that had started pre-production. The release date has been confirmed today.

After yesterday's announcement, Deadpool 3 is my most anticipated movie, Disney and in general, of 2024.

There's going to be a WDAS movie in 2024 after all. Disney has set an untitled WDAS film for November 27. Disney has also set two untitled live-action films for February 14 and August 16.

Just found out today about the new Planet of the Apes, so I'm excited about that. And yay new WDAS! I'm excited for the Disney LA if not remake/sports!

Perhaps? It`s really surprising that Disney didn`t release Zootopia 2 sooner, due to how a success the first movie was. As for Frozen III, let`s remember the six year gap between the two previous movies. So I`ll wonder if we`ll have a six year gap between the two late movies.
