My son's class is doing a Christmas Around the World project. We chose Sweden as the country that we wanted to learn about. While researching, it is mentioned that the Donald Duck show "From All of Us to All of You" has been shown on tv at 3pm every Christmas Eve since 1959. To this day, 40-50% off the people watch it every year as a tradition. I looked the cartoon up on youtube so we can watch it. Does anyone know if this cartoon is available on dvd or blu ray? I have most of the Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto treasures if it happens to be on one of them. I thought if I could find it on dvd that his teacher might want to show it in class as part of my son's project.
Thanks so much for any help!

Re: "From All of Us to All of You" Christmas cartoon
several years ago i was able to collect several rare tv specials and episodes of the Wonderful World of Color/Disneyland tv series from sellers on ioffer.com and sell.com....maybe you will find what you are looking for on there...sadly, Disney cracked down on the bootleg trade and many people are no longer selling..but perhaps there is someone on here who may have a copy and is willing to sell/trade

I am from Sweden and it is true that we watch Disney on Christmas Eve. It is a tradition, just as important as the Christmas tree, Santa Clause or the presents. If you are not watching it, everyone thinks you are a real grinch or Ebenezer Scrooge. The show is the most viewed show in Sweden every year and continues to break new records every year too.
The show is avalible on Daily Motion.com. If you search "Kalle Ankas jul" on Google you cant't also find it.
Here it is, the website is safe by the way:
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2d528 ... l-2015_fun
If that one doesn´t work here is another link:
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x3iw2s3
One small correction, the show has been on TV since 1960, not 1959. The show starts 3.00 p.m. every year. The show is called " Kalle Anka och hans vänner önskar god jul" which translates to "Donald Duck and his friends wishes you a merry Christmas". The reason that Donald is the star of the show is because he is more popular in Sweden than Mickey Mouse. But it is still Mickey and Jiminy Cricket who hosts the show.
The show is avalaible on Dailymotion and some parts on Youtube.and the show contains of the following segments: The Santa's workshop short, Mickeys Trailer short, The mice's worksong from Cinderella, The silly song from Snowwhite, Clown of the Jungle short, Ferdinand the bull short, Bella Notte song from Lady and the tramp, Pluto's christmas tree short, The bear neccasites song from The Jungle Book, the escape scene climax from Robin Hood and as the show's finale Jiminy sings the song When you wish upon a star.
If you have any more questions, I will happily answer them for you.

The whole show is hard to find in English and is only right now avalible in parts on Youtube but I have done my best to find the whole show in English for you. The English version aired on TV in 1958 and has some different segments than the Swedish version because our version have been updated since the 1960s. But it is still the same show and the English version is the original after all. These segments were in the Swedish version when it originally aired in 1960.bruno_wbt wrote:DisneyBluLife wrote: Here it is, the website is safe by the way:

These christmas cards are all available on the Danish version of the show, that airs on DR1 on Christmas Eve.Part 3 Peter Pan ( Before the song Jiminy received a Christmas card from Peter, but I couldn't find that part)
Part 4 Bambi ( Again, I couldn't find the clip when Jiminy recieves the second Christmas card from Bambi which shows before this scene)
Part 5 Pinocchio ( Before the song Jiminy gets a Christmas card from Pinocchio, but I couldn't find the clip)
I've been making my own edits of this show, using the various broadcasts and Youtube clips, together with DVDs and Blu-rays as sources. The idea is to try to recreate the original version, and other variations, of the show, in as high quality as possible.
I've tried to upload different segments to Dailymotion, but many of them has already been removed for copyright infringement, so I wouldn't expect the rest to stay up for long.
If anyone can recommend a video site where clips are more likely to remain available, I'll gladly upload all the segments I've edited so far.

Thanks so much for your help! My son's class really enjoyed watching part of the Christmas special when he taught them about Christmas in Sweden. We both really enjoyed doing the project and learning about the traditions, especially since some of our family came from Sweden in the early 1900s. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas!
