Ugh I wish they'd show an image so we can get some idea. This is supposed to be released Halloween right?

Divinity, that's an interesting question. I do wonder if Laika would seek out past Disney talent. It's seems an obvious thing for anyone wanting to get into a 2d feature. Although, there's certainly plenty of talent out there, it's not like they would *have* to have them.

Definitely another great one! I've always loved Mickey and the Beanstalk. I hope there are some fun nods to it in Giants.

My favorite "forgotten" Disney song is "In My Favorite Dream" from Fun and Fancy Free/Mickey and the Beanstalk. Beautiful voice, beautiful melody... It's really too bad it's stuck in a package feature. Also wish it was a bit longer.

I believe they only work through their own online store unfortunately. On the forum on their site they recently teased two "big Disney projects", so hopefully they are animated scores.

Haha Divinity I went through and did the same thing with all the anniversaries. They *better* extend this thing. I hope sales are good. For the sake of consistency, I'd like to see *all* the films included in the Legacy Collection... but I doubt we'll ever see a better release for the Black Cauldron...

What would "Sleeping Beauty Overture" in the bonus tracks be? The opening overture is part of the first track on the first disc, so what is that? A different recording? A new recording?? I think it's be really cool for them to do new recordings of suites/overtures on each of these releases.

It should maybe be noted that Merida isn't singing "Touch the Sky" during the parade. The song plays, but she isn't singing along. She does sing the main parade chorus, however ("Away we go..."). So while singing isn't really part of her character, they at least kept it "in ...

Nice! Thanks for compiling everything. It definitely seems like they're really attempting a nice mix of contemporary modern stuff and classics/spinoffs. I'm glad they've been so successful these past couple years. Definitely looking forward to the Haunted Mansion thing.

That's certainly out of nowhere! Cool! I wish they put out an image to go along with the announcement, so we had SOME kind of idea as to what it might look like. Gris Grimly mixed with Disney TV animation is a strange combo.

Taej, I feel you may have missed the point of Enchanted. The *whole point* was to exaggerate the overdone tropes in past Disney films and fairy tales. "True loves kiss" - THE most overdone thing. They're poking fun at it. The songs - completely silly and over the top fairy tale fluff, done...
