Would much rather have them do Tokyo's Tower of Terror. Get a Disney Kingdoms-style Theme Park Cinematic Universe going built around the Society of Explorers and Adventurers.

Surprised they didn't do a double feature release with Terror like the complete Prep and Landing Blu-Ray.

If anything, CG's an upgrade to stop-motion more then it is to hand drawn animation and yet, we still get a couple stop motion films on a regular basis. CG shouldn't keep hand-drawn animation out of the artist's toolset.

Moors scene just comes off as really cheesy with the music, the primary "change" in the setting just being lighting and the rejected Chronicles of Spiderwick designs that replaced the Goons looking sad.

Bad animation aside, Legends of Oz rubs me the wrong way because there's so much actual Baum material to adapt into film and they go with some mediocre fanfic level book created by one of Baum's descendants that's too reliant on the original book.
