I checked some of the posts and didn't see any thing about the Future Shop (Canada) limited Steelbook version. Sorry, the pictures aren't the greatest. I'm not sure, as I haven't checked my Sleeping Beauty Blu-ray, but I can tell you that Disney is changing BDLive. Disney is dropping the online registration process along with Movie Chat, Movie Challenge, Movie Mail, and Disney Movie Rewards Live. Sleeping Beauty and Pinocchio will both be getting ...

I have a question about the Sleeping Beauty Bluray version. I did try and scan through some of the many posts to see if any one has talked about this but couldn’t find it (mainly because I am at work and I can’t take too much time to look for it). What happened to the main menu? When I borrowed the ...

Thanks for the input Goofystitch and Uncle Remus. I did try contacting Disney as suggested and the guy told me they couldn't replace the disc because I purchased it on eBay. He told me to try cleaning the disc (even though I told him it is perfectly scratch free and in mint condition). I'll try it. ...

Defective Walt Disney Treasures DVD

Well, it has happened. My first ever defective DVD. EVER. And I have been buying dvd's since 97. I purchased Mickey Mouse in Living Color: Volume 2 last summer new and still factory sealed. At the time I got it I did not have Mickey Mouse in Living Color: Volume 1, so I opened it to check it out and...

I'll be buying none this year. I know a lot of people are excited for these two sets, but I really think Disney should have given an alternative, too. I have to agree. This will be the first time I won't be buying anything from a wave of Treasures. Looks like it is going to be an even longer wait f...

Any news yet??? The old saying "No news is goods news" is not really working for me at the moment. When are we going to hear what this year's wave is? (other than the one we already know) Other than the ones I mentioned I would like to see in another post and all the ones others have menti...

Re: What's the most you would pay for an OOP Disney title?

I'm kind of late into the Disney game, and am playing catch-up with a few volumes of Walt Disney Treasures. Unlike the previous Platinum/classic animated titles, which will undoubtedly get a good BD release with a little patience, I unfortunately don't see the Treasures series getting BD editions a...

Well, I had a hard time deciding which single one to vote for but I voted for Your Host Walt Disney Volume 2 - Disneyland. These are all ones I really want to see. Ludwig Von Drake Song of the South (I have to admit I have never seen this movie in it's entirety, I have only seen clips of the cartoon...

Well I will be getting:

Pinocchio: 70th Anniversary Platinum Edition (March 10)
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Platinum Edition in October
Monsters Inc. (Disney/Pixar)
A Bugs Life (Disney/Pixar)

But I am wondering along with many others, where is Finding Nemo on Bluray?

I never noticed before that the arsenic can placed the way it was, spells out "arse". That is funny! :D Now you know where the term "can of whoop-arse" comes from.   Funny! Actually for me growing up, the word arse was used alot by my mom instead of saying "...

I've finally managed to finish working through Chronological Donald 4. I must say it is splendid not only to see one of my favourite moments in Disney shorts presented in a nice clean digital remaster, but also that it has got through intact without being vaulted or cut to keep the soccer moms happ...

Thank you very much Karlsen. I didn't think there was any info on this as of yet. If there was, I thought this would be the place to find it. :)

Since the Treasures focus on Walt's Era, the following would be amazing: -Saludos Amigos with The 3 Caballeros -Make Mine Music with Melody Time -Song of the South with So Dear to My Heart -Fun and Fancy Free with Ichabod and Mr. Toad -More DISNEYLAND specials -Donald Duck 4 -Any other animation sh...
