Just picked up a 16mm of Cruise of the Eagle.

Down to 2 P and P (Japan and Portugal, which I just need the english version of)
and 5 Anthology episodes!

Great post and agree. The remakes are creatively bankrupt, similar to the direct to video cash ins.

I'm not sure I buy the crows thing.
I was in the Disney Store today in the mall and they played "When I see an Elephant Fly" on the screen in the store alongside a bunch of the Dumbo featurettes for the live action movie.

Still no announcement of any type of respect for the Anthology series, Zorro, or Mickey Mouse Club...

I'll keep my money to myself until I hear of the inclusion of that stuff...

i've been meeting lots of cool people who love these episodes. And some who are showing me lots of neat other stuff. I saw it and thought it was great. Hated the Alice movies, was afraid this would be all visuals no plot. I enjoyed the character Keaton portrayed. I enjoyed the children although the little girl's makeup was a bit distracting. Dumbo is very cute, I mean like possibly the cutest character cgi in a hu...

There seems to be some holy grails episodes of the show, some of which I have acquired, through pure luck...

Anaheim/Disneyland area is safe.
It's a tourism area, so within that Disney bubble you should meet lots of friendly people.

Been commercially released....man I'm getting so close to having a complete collection I can taste it.

Not a fan of the innuendos or talking about "kicking ass", but otherwise was enjoyable.

Just wanted to add that these two guys have been very, very cool to deal with.
