It doesn't, I also picked up Ransom and it too didn't have disc artwork.

The Target exclusive of Flushed Away has disc art.

I don't mean to take this thread off topic, but was The Incredibles the last Pixar film to be released on VHS? Most likely. Cars didn't get to home video until the end of 2006 and I'm pretty sure there was no VHS release for it. Cars was released on VHS as a Disney Movie Club exclusive along with.....
