Luke, I read your review of "Home Improvement - The Complete Fourth Season". I previously read Sitcoms Online's review (I was actually waiting for yours, and thought I might see what they had to say about this release), and they brought up the fact that the recent season set of "The G...

The review has confirmed my suspicions after watching the first few episodes. On the first episode there were some very awkward jumps and now I know why. What I don't understand is why the episodes have been cut. Where can I complain about this and insist that this not happen to the rest of the Sea...

Aaron, thanks for the review for "Dead Poets Society".

I also read the review for "Lost". I wanted to make sure I mention that as well. Lindsay, and once again Aaron, thanks for that.

Is it just me, or has Disney been sporting a lazy, "Meh, it's good enough" attitude lately? First the obvious lack of effort on the Tarzan and TENG re-releases, and then the audio/video quality and lack of extras for these season sets. I hope this doesn't continue. I've noticed that. The ...

Hmm. I just assumed something being in Wal-Mart would have to be Disney's standalone release. But I guess if it was a Canadian Wal-Mart (assuming such a thing exists), it could be Sullivan's high-priced season sets, hence the "Road to Avonlea" title. Apparently there is a Wal-Mart in Cana...

tricarenee, the 2-disc that Luke is referring to is called "Tales from Avonlea: Beginnings". Disney released that DVD previously before. It consists of episodes from the show's first two seasons. Disney repackaged those "Tales from Avonlea" VHS that were released in the 90s. Here...

On the Disney Channel, it was called "Avonlea". Disney changed the title to "Tales from Avonlea" for the home video release. I do hope (the title release "Tales from Avonlea" aside) that Disney has presented the original broadcast for this upcoming DVD. And, yes, the Ca...

I hope so. Those bumpers were great. All the Original Disney TV shows had great bumpers. I like the rescue ranger one where Gadget is decending with her "bo suction gun thing" from Nimnol's forhead. LONG AGO I took some screen grabs of the ducktales bumpers. ENJOY! Those "DuckTales&q...

Has anyone asked if Disney is going to restore the bumpers to "DuckTales"? For those who don't remember, DVDtoons has a cap of one of them on their website:

It's the one on the left.

On "MMC", they did a lot of game show segments.
