The villains segment has already been replaced since last summer. A Pirates of the Caribbean Stranger Tides segment has replaced that.

That is what the guidelines issued to cast members specifically state. An existing cast member would need to take vacation time to grow a full 1/4" beard, if they decide to do so.

You can't grow the beard while you are working. It has to be full grown or nothing. If you come to work with stubble, you will be told to shave.

It's nice to have something more in line with the original at WDW.

One thing I can't get over is the omission of the magic fountain. That's such a focal point for the original Disneyland show.

2005 and 2006 bring back great memories of Disneyland.

I remember how in 2004 every inch of the park was undergoing a restoration project, and it just sparkled during the 50th Anniversary.

Not exactly, either. TLM far exceeds Peter Pan in hourly rider capacity.

And the Peter Pan line in WDW and Tokyo moves at a crawl speed compared to TLM.

I don't really understand the question, lines that constantly are moving are great to have in florida just as they are in california. If Florida does not have fastpasses then that line will also be virtually in non stop motion since it is an Omnimover attraction. If it does have fastpasses, the stan...

I don't know where the info came that WDW's would be "bigger", it has been mentioned by Disney Imagineers that both rides will be exact duplicates with the exception of the facade. Technically, WDW and DL's Pirates of the Caribbean and The Haunted Mansion are duplicates of each other, alt...

Super Aurora wrote:MK is ten times bigger than DL(in addition to all the other land space own by disney within the area) so surely enough they could try that.
I was going to let this go, but it confused me too much. Did MK grow or did DL shrink all of a sudden? DL is 86 acres and MK is 107 acres.

One thing I do know is that in the Epcot film from 1966, Walt is clearly seen speaking in front of a gigantic map of the Florida property, and on that map you can make out the Magic Kingdom with similar landmarks to those found in Disneyland, (such as a Main Street, Jungle Cruise river, Rivers of A...
