Well it's not as surprising as Lion King getting a G when it was quite violent near the end while such unviolent movies like Lilo and the Stitch getting a PG rating.

Just to clarify, because our TV ratings may not translate well in Canada (I don't know what kind of system you guys have), but a television rating of TV-PG isn't entirely comporable to a MPAA rating of PG. Both share about the same "max" (i.e. you won't go past the same level of offensive material in either one), but it doesn't take very much at all to get a TV-PG rating and so you sometimes get stuff that's TV-PG that would probably be an MPAA G. Does that make any sense?

No, but that's America for you.

Going a bit off-topic, but I never saw the point to the TV ratings system.

And back on-topic, I'll probably pick up the Halloweentown movies if I can get all 3 for less than $20. I don't like, though, how they decided to put Halloweentown and Halloweentown II on one disc. Of course, the could've put all three on one disc if it were a dual-sided disc (two on one side, one on the other). But that really wouldn't leave room for bonus features, despite there not being much for DCOMs.

Where is this cover art that you guys keep talking about ? I didn't see it anywhere in these forum. As the Halloweentown movies are the best Disney movies ever, (alright, I'm a little biased when it comes to Kimberly J. Brown. She's my absolute favourite) I would love to see any cover art that exists.
