How many of you keep your avatar "permanent"

...or at least for a good while? I usually keep my avatar for a long time. Like over at the YCDTOTV.com boards, I keep my avatar of "Spanky" from the old Little Rascals films. That will never change.

However, here, I have Christina Aguilera as my avatar, and it will always be her (no plans to use anything else yet), but since her style has changed and will be changing, my current one is my 3rd one used here at this board. But I'll be keeping this one for a long time because I LOVE it! I have my perfect avatar.

I've this habit of changing it several times a week, even. I guess I haven't found my perfect avatar yet.

I change it...a lot.
I haven't had a "perfect avatar"

change is good.

but there are some things i haven't changed (i.e.: family, boyfriend, favorite movie.

)

i'll wait for TLM's post since I've already seen Key's post.

As for me I usually keep mine for a while and then change it afterwards but I still don't plan on changing Rutt and Tuke anytime soon

Outside of the Timon Hula avatar, I have only had the Goof as my avatar.

It looks like being my permanent one here on this forum

I change my avatar about as often as my underpants.

So about once every six months.

I change every now and again. Also sometimes If i really like one, like my current one, It may stick around for a while. Also old avatars may reappear from time to time.

Nope, I end up changing my avatars. It's other people's faults, darn it, they change their avatars and then I have an urge to change mine! Damn those thespians and their mind games...

Needless to say, I usually keep mine linked to Disneydom. Yes, I have an Amelie avatar at the moment, but that aside, I've had numerous Alice in Wonderland avatars, as well as ones for Peter Pan, Mary Poppins, Pinocchio, Fantasia and Finding Nemo.

I change my avatar whenever I feel like i've had mine for awhile and I find one that describes the mood i'm in or that movie i've recently watched.

The avatar that I had before (Simba confronts scar) was going to be permanent but I think Luke took it off

, I thought it wasn't wasting any bandwidth since it was an off-site avatar, but I guess I was wrong. I'm not planning on keeping the one I have now, since I'm planning to make a cooler one.

I've had my avatar for over a year now, and I like mine. There are not many Castle In the Sky avatars to pick from anyway.

I don't plan on changing my avatar anytime soon. Unless I ever found out someone else really wanted it. I have this thing where I want to be the only one who has my avatar.
