EXTREME SPORTS FUN VOLUME 5| CANINE CADDY | Mickey’s ready for a game of golf, but his caddy, Pluto, makes a
comical mess of things when he chases a gopher around the
course. | | HOW TO PLAY BASEBALL | Goofy demonstrates how to play baseball as only he can – by
playing all the positions on both teams! | | THE HOCKEY CHAMP | Donald shows off how good he is at hockey but nephews Huey,
Dewey and Louie find a way to turn the tables on him. |
| DOUBLE DRIBBLE | It’s hysterical hoops action when Goofy dribbles onto the court
and plays hoops – his way! | | HOW TO PLAY FOOTBALL | The gridiron is never the same when Goofy demonstrates how to
kick, run and tackle. | | MICKEY’S POLO TEAM | Mickey’s team plays against a team of celebrity stars. When
Donald accidentally swallows the ball, both teams swoop down on
him, and soon the horses are riding the players. | | TENNIS RACQUET | Goofy gets into the swing of things in an outrageous take on
tennis. | | GOOFY GYMNASTICS | Goofy goes on a fitness kick, but his path to athletic success goes
hilariously awry due to the Goof’s own clumsiness. |

EXTREME MUSIC FUN VOLUME 6| MICKEY’S GRAND OPERA | Mickey conducts the orchestra, Clara Cluck and Donald sing in a
duet, but Pluto’s antics get everyone’s attention – that is, until
Donald swallows a frog. | | MUSIC LAND | In this music-filled short, a romance between a princess and prince
causes war between the Land of Symphony and the Isle of Jazz,
until the Bridge of Harmony is finally established. |
ORPHAN’S BENEFIT | Mickey hosts a show starring Clara Cluck, Horace Horsecollar,
Clarabelle Cow, Goofy, and Donald Duck, but Donald’s attempts
to recite “Mary had a Little Lamb” are continually interrupted by a
pesky band of kids. | | FARMYARD SYMPHONY | In this charming short, a group of lovable farmyard animals star in
a musical set in a farmyard. | | PLUTO’S BLUE NOTE | Pluto gets into a mix-up with a radio and a record player, which
gives him musical abilities he never knew he had. | | HOW TO DANCE | Goofy goes to dancing school, and demonstrates a condensed,
very funny history of dance. | | WOODLAND CAFÉ | Step into a popular bug nightclub where insect characters dance,
and enjoy the spectacular floor show. | | DONALD’S DILEMMA | When a flowerpot drops on Donald’s head, he finds his singing
voice. As a great singer he has no time for Daisy anymore, but
Daisy wants the quack back, and schemes to return Donald to his
pre-diva status. |

EXTREME ADVENTURE FUN VOLUME 7| MICKEY’S TRAILER | Mickey and Donald ride down a mountain in a gadget-filled trailer
pulled by Goofy. When Goofy doesn’t realize his car has separated from the trailer, the boys’ joy-ride gets uproariously out-of-control. | | NO SAIL | Donald and Goofy sail in a rented boat but find themselves
marooned for days. There are sharks and a lot of laughs as they try
to get the boat moving again. | | GOOD SCOUTS | Donald takes his nephews on a scouting expedition, where they
run into a gushing geyser and an unneighborly bear. | | HELLO ALOHA | Goofy goes on vacation in Hawaii, and the Islands are never the
same. | | OLD SEQUOIA | Donald, a forest ranger, is warned by his superior to guard “Old
Sequoia.” But Donald lets his guard down when some
mischievous beavers and his own temper get the best of him, and
soon Donald’s job is in jeopardy. | | HOW TO RIDE A HORSE | Goofy demonstrates the ‘proper’ techniques for successful
horseback riding, with outrageously funny results. | | TRAILER HORN | Chip and Dale discover Donald’s trailer and camp, and play tricks
on Donald as he goes swimming. When Donald kicks them out,
Chip and Dale plot together for more mischief. | | TWO WEEKS VACATION | Goofy goes on his vacation, but doesn’t get very far before he has
a comical run-in with a trailer and a railroad train. |

I've been anticipating this press release. I'm sort of disappointed that 'Hockey Homicide' is not on the sportsd disc but I have it on my Goofy Treasures so all is not lost.
I'm so happy that Mickey's Trailer is on the adventure disc. That is one of my alkl-time favourites! _________________ my wonderful dvds. |

I'm double dipping. I find these are fun to collect. Part of me wishes they released them once a month like a magazine so it could be a lot of fun collecting. I find that I really enjoy taking an hour up by popping one of these in. _________________ my wonderful dvds. |

| I don't need them, but I'm sure they'll be attractive to lots of people. Good cartoons for reasonable price. |

I'll be buying Extreme Adventure Fun just for "How To Ride A Horse", which I won't have on the Treasures because I don't own "Behind The Scenes At Walt Disney" _________________ Cheers!

As a proud owner of the R4 Extreme Sports Fun, with the inclusion of Soccermania, I don't really have a reason to pick these up. The fact that I own the Treasures, and intend to buy the upcoming ones, gives me little or no reason to pick these up. It would be pure double dippaciousness (or is it dippidity?).
Am I wrong in assuming all of those shorts are on, or will be on, a Treasures set?

It sure is a shame Soccermania isn't on it. I wonder why they decided to not include it for R1. My first thought was because it would take up too much time on soccer but then I realized, while soccer isn't as popular here as it is around the world it is a very popular sport for kids to play. In fact I believe more Canadian kids play soccer than hockey. _________________ my wonderful dvds. |

That'd be nice. It's never been released on home video in the US as far as I know, so that would qualify it as a "rarity", I'd think. _________________ "Fifteen years from now, when people are talking about 3-D, they will talk about the business before 'Monsters vs. Aliens' and the business after 'Monsters vs. Aliens.' While I like the idea of these collections, I personally would rather just buy the treasure sets. So much more bang for your buck.
$10 for 1 hour or $40 for 4-5 depending on which set...
I'm glad I bought them all way back when. |

No Soccermania? Sigh... That's what was making me decide to buy them...
I wish I knew if they were going to do a Chip and Dale Treasure set, so I could decide whether or not to buy that volume... _________________ "When your heart is in your dream, no request is too extreme." |

| How to Dance is apparently on both the Starring Goofy volume and the Extreme Music Fun volume! Is this really correct? Are they double dipping even within the Classic Cartoon Favorites series? |

I noticed that. It's a little disappointing for them to start recycling cartoons within the series when their resources to select from are as vast as they are. _________________ "Fifteen years from now, when people are talking about 3-D, they will talk about the business before 'Monsters vs. Aliens' and the business after 'Monsters vs. Aliens.' The lack of Soccermania is very dissapointing. I was really looking forward to having that included. I guess i'll have to get the R4 PAL disc which seems to have the short converted from the NTSC instead of a NTSC disc with an NTSC short
Unless it's on the "Rarities" Treasure that is _________________
