Since it seems there aren't enough "Chip an' Dale" shorts to warrant a Treasures set, so it is very nice to have this collection of shorts. I think we can expect it to be released elsewhere outside the United States.

Got this info from the excellent site: http://www.duckfilm.de/

Indeed, the menus were passed by the BBFC some time ago, but no sign of any e-tailer listings (and we can whistle for an official Disney UK annocement!)
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database

Chip and Dale List

Post by deathie mouse »

Papa Bear, here's my list, taken mainly from disneyshorts.toonzone.net plus a little couple of almonds from me sprinkled in :) This list may not be complete or error free

Of the ones not in these two European/PAL DVD's right now:

Private Pluto is On the Front Lines and in The Complete Pluto (vol.1) treasures.
Squatter's Right is in The Complete Pluto (vol. 1) treasure.
Crazy Over Daisy, and Test Pilot Donald will probably be showing up in the coming Donald treasures.
A 3-Dimensional version of Working For Peanuts, well I don't see that happening for a while.
The Lone Chipmunks, having Pete, might be one 2099net likes ;) but will it fall on an assorted shorts treasure? It is now available in the Davy Crockett movies DVD.
Chip Ahoy in Cinemascope might show up on the Platinum Lady and the Tramp?
Mickey's Christmas Carol and Once upon a Christmas* are on dvd.
Mickey Mouse Works/House of Mouse are not.

Also, many of the shorts are now available in the R1 Classic Cartoon Favorites vol.4 - Starring Chip 'N Dale DVD too. Check the site and General Discussion forum for info and lists on that DVD.

The shorts are Academy 1.375 unless otherwise noted.

Ahh Papa Bear, glad to be of service :)

("To serve and Project" might be our motto? :P)

About my nickname, I'm a mouse and i'm the mouse of Death? does that work?

mm no?
ok, how abouty, It's related to my real nickname on the net
(retired from action after a Malefic witch that made herself look like the Sun but was really a Shadow in Darkness put a curse on me and almost killed what was unkillable? (For Death has no Death)
err . doesnt work neither?
well Mickey Mouse is kind of myself in disguise but it's really related to my old nick and JimmyJackJunior had already taken the Fantasia Mickey so mmm a little Photoshop magic and voilá Death Micky is reborn! (I also tell a similar story in the avatar topic http://www.ultimatedisney.com/forum/vie ... ght=#66646 :P)

that doesn't cut it neither?

Well, if I told you the truth, ...
you know the drill

j/k!

It's a long story specially about the original nick, but hey what I wrote above is more or less it.
Maybe.
