when working out probablilities, AND is a x function

eg flip a coin- probability of it landing head side up is 0.5. The probability of it landing heads up 1st and 2nd time is 0.5X0.5=0.25.

Same applies in physics with electrical circuits

Besides if we used a +, we'd end up with
girls= money + money = double the money (guess that happens with the joint account). But that's too complimentary is it not?
