This is hard since there are some good ones here. I don't know if this is my definitive answer but:

2. Robin Hood/Maid Marian
3. Tod/Vixey

The only ones I like are Thomas O'Malley and Duchess in The Aristocats and Bernard and Bianca in The Rescuers, although I think their relationship is better in the sequel.

Vlad, I know I don’t know you, but from your posts I’m surprised you don’t like Robin Hood and Maid Marian. I think their montage during the song Love is very romantic....for foxes
!
And the song is one of my Disney favorites! I wish they would use it more often in the parks.
But that’s just me....
(And I think Robin is kinda hot for an animated animal!)
I need to refresh my memory on Taran and Princess Eilonwy’s romance. I haven’t seen The Black Cauldron in 38 years!

I like them, but they're not particularly memorable, in my opinion.

1. O'Malley & Duchess
2. Taran & Eilonwy ~ I like them a little more in the book series (Taran is a bit more mature there), but they mostly get it right.
3. Robin Hood & Maid Marian
4. Tito & Georgette
5. Bernard & Bianca
6. Tod & Vixey
I always thought O'Malley & Duchess were so cute. Bernard & Bianca try to go for the same vibe (as far as the whole blue collar guy with elegant lady type of romance), but something about Bianca comes across a little cruel to Bernard. It's not bad though. Tod & Vixey are the only one I don't like altogether, it reminds me more of Bambi & Faline or Simba & Nala.
