I hate the pressure of picking just ten, and even worse, putting them in order. Here are some major faves that pop into my head:
Any musical number in Wizard of Oz
A few scenes in Casablanca, but especially the ending, of course
Han's "I know" line in Empire Strike's Back
Indiana Jones just shoots the swordsman in Raiders, and the scene where he's drunk and Belloq comes in to harass him
Ariel first gets, and takes a good look at, her gorgeous new legs and feet, and, of course, the Part of Your World sequence in her grotto
all the Batman/Gordon scenes in Batman Begins, especially the ending and the scene where Gordon takes out the trash
the subway scene in "An American Werewolf in London"
Bob and Bing sing "Road to Morocco"
the scene in Harry Potter 5 where he converses with Luna (I just like the way she talks)
Luke staring at the sunset in Star Wars: A New Hope
Pretorious showing off his little creations in Bride of Frankenstein
the transformation scene in Snow White
Any scene of Elisabeth Harnois in the pink dress in "My Date With the President's Daughter" (sorry, I know it's a cheesy movie, but they showed it last night and I LOVE that girl)
Teen Wolf's "go with the flow" montage
the guys in Weird Science in the act of creating a girl
the end of It's A Wonderful Life, but also the drug store scenes, and probably more...
Mermaid Lagoon in Disney's Peter Pan, and Hook charming Tink
Zooey Deschanel's scenes in Elf (not just for lustful reasons, they're genuinely adorable scenes)
Cora's concert in "Music and Lyrics" has to be seen to be believed
the ending of Planet of the Apes (original, though I like the remake's ending too)
Santa about to take his first flight in Santa Claus the Movie
The ending of Unbreakable (They called me Mr. Glass!!!)
the Hello Dolly song from Hello Dolly
Well, well, well, Let's Have a Drink scene from Happiest Millionaire
Wilby changes into the Shaggy Dog at the dance, while dancing
Molasses to Rum, He Plays the Violin, The Egg, and probably more from 1776
Popeye and Olive sing Sailing, Bluto sings "I'm Mean", and Popeye comin' into Sweethaven.
When I see an Elephant Fly and Baby Mine from Dumbo
the whole Springtime for Hitler production from the musical version of "The Producers"
Lestat playing the piano, back from the swamp
I'd mention more, but I'll have to do it later. It's really late and I need to hit the sack, and as I think about most great movies, narrowing down to one scene or two is really hard... I think of the Romero zombie films or something like Mary Poppins, or the Wolf Man or Hocus Pocus, my favorite musicals or Disney flicks, and it's very hard to make one scene stand out in my mind as better than all the other scenes, even among the films I DID mention.

Don't know if I'll be able to do 100, much less rank them in order, but here are my choices, in no particular order:
1. Elephant Love Medley and Finale, "Moulin Rouge!"
2. Sarah Connor's Nightmare, "Terminator 2"
3. "I'll never let go, Jack!", "Titanic"
4. Will and Elizabeth get married, "Pirates 3"
5. "A whole new world", "Aladdin"
6. The ballroom dance, "Beauty and the Beast"
7. The Shrill's flight to the forest, "Snow White"
8. The ending, "Corpse Bride"
9. Cinderella's dream come true (aka, the shoe fits!), "Cinderella"
10. The whole scene in the chalk drawing, "Mary Poppins"
11. Who created the rivers, "Serenity"
12. Anton Ego gets a taste of ratatouille, "Ratatouille"
13. Dorothy returns home, "The Wizard of Oz"
14. Premiere of "Bride of the monster", "Ed Wood"
15. The eulogy, "With honors"
16. Any musical number in "South Park: Bigger, longer and uncut"
17. Alice gets chased out of wonderland, "Alice in Wonderland"
18. The final dance, "Sleeping Beauty"
19. Randall's confession, "Clerks 2"
20. The tour of the factory, "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory"
21. The giant sacrifices himself, "The Iron Giant"
22. The baby gets killed, "Pet Cemetery"
23. The Scooby-Doo parody, "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back"
24. The passengers get cut in half, "Ghost Ship"
25. "Luke, I am your father", "The Empire Strikes Back"
26. The restaurant scene with the fat guy (forget his name), find the fish, "Monty Python and the Meaning of Life"
27. The knights that say "NI!", the Black Knight, the killer rabbit and Lancelot goes on a killing spree, "Monty Python and the Holy Grail"
28. The puppet sex scene, "I am so lonely" and the final speech, "Team America: World Police".
29. Batman vs. Catwoman, "Batman Returns"
30. The final scenes, "Batman Begins"
31. Gollum talks to himself, "Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers"
That's what I have for now. I know I stink, all the movies are pretty recent and are either comedies or horror.
