^Me too, although only for Peter. Imo, Alice had a right to be so snooty, everyone was so annoying! But I guess it wasn't true to the book.

Steve - good points 8)

1. I meant the general format. UK DVDs tend to have large, tackier looking gold bars, horribly ugly certification logos, etc. It justs messes up the whole ascetic aspect of the actual cover art. Having said though however, I do generally dislike UK/US cover art  International releases such as Japan, France, Germany etc always receive less children-orientated artwork. They're less frantic too, since they don't try to fit as many characters as possible on the cover. But there are exceptions. :)

2. lol, that explains why genie's torso is missing, it was covered up by the Aladdin logo on the platinum edition. Good point.

3. That makes sense. If it's going to be a double-pack, I wonder what they're attaching this to.

4.

 I hate the cert logos...

And on the slipcover idea, it says there's a lyrics book included, so maybe instead of 2 DVDs inside a slipcover, it's 1 DVD and a DVD-sized book inside a slipcover?

oh i'm slow :!: duhh

If this "musical masterpiece" thing becomes a proper label, Disney's kinda screwed themselves over. Most of the popular disney songs (or "musical masterpieces" are already on the platinum line

I can see Pocahontas being included. Colours of the Wind, and all that...

 Oh God! I hope this isn't why Hercules and Hunchback of Notre Dame haven't been re-released...

It was already posted here http://www.ultimatedisney.com/forum/vie ... 9&start=20 - nearly a month ago! Where have you been? Aladdin has been removed from the Platinum Line in favour of Alice in Wonderland ( :? ) and has been unavailable in the UK for some time now, hence this release.

Could someone explain me what does "special edition digi-pak packaging" means?

I'll buy it! I don't own 'Aladdin'! But it says "special edition"! Sure! But it may take a while! Seven days or so!

Okay :D thanks :D.
Why it says Special Edition?.
Anyway I won't buy because I already have the Aladdin PE but if I didn't had it I might have bought this.
I have to say that this cover is MUCH prettier then the old one (The old one was EXACTLY like the VHS cover,Jasmine looked weird,Aladdin looked like a 3 years old and Abu was ugly).

I don't think that Aladdin looks great on this cover, but he's a little more on-model than he is on the PE cover...

Anyone notice Aladdin was on Toon Disney a couple days ago.. I think this is the first Platinum to be on Toon Disney in years, other than Alice in Wonderland. Which may be some sort of proof that Disney's dissing Aladdin.
