I guess it's the song featured in the Japanese trailer.

Little bit of a head's up; according to a new TV spot, Cars 3 has been rated G by the MPAA.

Frankly, I'm glad it got this rating.

I’m a bit surprised the film has gotten a G-rating when the teaser trailer was criticised for being too scary for children. I guess I shouldn't be surprised though. Cars 2 was rated G too and it had a torture scene that ended in murder. I don’t remember if I read it here or elsewhere, but it seems that for the association that rates films the same incidents aren't as bad for kids if the characters are not human, because they think children don’t identify with them as much as if they were people. In my opinion, they are wrong. It can be just as scary for them.

Here's a new international trailer with some new footage:

I fall asleep just watching trailers for this. I'm really curious to see how this will perform. I expect it to flop.

You know a movie sucks when not even a Japanese trailer can make it look interesting.

Literally no one is stopping you from saying something positive. You've never commented on whether you liked the trailers or the clips or gave your opinion on the movie in any way. In fact, your only comment here was to complain about the "haters" (like you always do). Do you even have opinions of your own or do you only care about policing other people's thoughts and shaming them for saying something negative?

How about the fact that I have seen way more biting negativity than anything positive? And I really can't hold the positive if everyone is just negative.

If you can't handle people expressing themselves - and that includes them being "negative" - then the problem lies with you. You don't get to dictate what others say or don't say.

I have to say about this is that Cars 3 instead of using the tone of Cars 2 is picking up the themes that were given in the first movie. This time Lightening is in the same position as Doc Hudson was at one time, and he's reflecting what's going to happen after all of this. After being never talked about in Cars 2, Doc Hudson will probably be a big posthumous character whose words still haunt Lightening to this day.

Honestly, I think this one looks pretty decent. Definitely superior to 2, and about on par with the first one. I'll probably wait for the Blu release, but there are worse-looking movies out there.
