Still waiting on my Mystery DVD, but what amazes me is that it supposedly "shipped" back in December. That wasn't an order confirmation, it was a shipping confirmation, which is what makes ME worry.
I know, silly to stress over what is likely High School Musical 2, ha, but who knows, and the thing is, it's coming here to my mom's house, and I'm only going to be here 2 and a half more days.

I've had a Toy Story 3 poster supposedly ship that didn't actually arrive until 3 weeks later.. I wouldn't worry about it arriving eventually. Whether it gets to you before you leave your mom's house is up in the air at this point.slave2moonlight wrote:Still waiting on my Mystery DVD, but what amazes me is that it supposed "shipped" back in December. I think they ship the DVDs media mail, which is extremely slow. I wouldn't worry about it, right now, as long as its shipped out.
Anyway I got an update on my keepsake box...
I've messaged them over Facebook and keep getting the same, "we have your order, keep an eye out for a shipping confirmation" response on my Beauty and the Beast Keepsake box I ordered the end of December.
After getting the Tangled box today, I decided to call DMR about it. I was put on hold for awhile, while the guy checked on my order, etc... He said that something was messed up with my order on their computer, and he placed a replacement order for the box. He said it should ship soon. Hopefully it does. He was very nice about it, and it was also nice to get a different answer other than another please wait.

Wondering if I should order something. or wait for the tour.
It's not hard at all to rack up 15000 points for that thing (or 20000 if you're going to the El Cap too). I don't buy everything like reyquila but take advantage of all bonus point offers and redeem my movie tickets as well - I think I've gotten more points from this than actual DVDs and Blu-Rays. I'm even on the ball and get all bonus points that are in monthly email newsletters. So with all these bonus points I got, how would I prove these to whoever needs verification?
Wish they'd add more yellow-bordered DMC exclusive DVDs. I'd like to get my hands on movies like Ten Who Dared etc.

Im sure bonus points, movie tickets and missing code submissions would not need to be verified again. But they have had this "warning" about proving points for a long time (early 2008). I have a few folders of all my receipts and points in them just incase i ever wanted to redeem the tour or something better.Barbossa wrote:Wondering if I should order something. or wait for the tour.

I would love to see more of those too. I've very rarely ordered anything else. So annoyed about missing Condorman! I wanted that one badly! I wish they'd bring it back and add more too! (I still need the Polly two-pack and the Kim Possible Two-Pack, and I've held off on Jumping Ship so far).Barbossa wrote:

Huzzah! Received my Mystery DVD today! That's so great, because I'm leaving tomorow!
And, the title is...
I'm moderately happy. I mean, it was a DVD I wanted to add to my collection. Though it's only in fullscreen, who knows when or if it will see a Blu release. And, while I wanted it in my collection, it's not something I would WANT to pay more than 5 bucks for, ha. So, it wasn't a Ghibli film, but at least it was still something I wanted. It still stings a little that some people got multi-disc sets, of course, ha. But I wouldn't want one of those if it was a movie I already had on blu or something, like Wall-E. So, this worked out much better than the CD did for me. Still don't know what I'm gonna do with that one. I have some thoughts though.

I got my Mystery CD on Dec. 27. "Disney Channel Hits: Take 2" with songs from Disney Channel original movies Pixel Perfect, The Cheetah Girls, Zenon: Z3, Stuck in the Suburbs, and Tiger Cruise. Zenon: Z3 is the only movie among those I'm familiar with and I like that movie. I used to watch every new Disney Channel original movie that came out but I started watching less and less TV over the years as channels gradually became unappealing.
Last Saturday, I got my Mystery DVD. The Three Musketeers with Tim Curry being a villain. Whoo!

I actually would have been (mildly) pleased to get that one. If anything, I could use the songs as menu backgrounds when making DVDs of those unreleased movies that I'd like to have (if only because of the stars in some cases), like the Zenon movies and Stuck in the Suburbs. I just got a Radio Disney Hits CD, so I'm thinking I'll just get rid of it one way or another... I'll have to take another look at it. There are a few Radio Disney Cds I wouldn't mind getting, but I don't think there was anything I wanted in this volume.Sky Syndrome wrote:I got my Mystery CD on Dec. 27. I'm super-excited, finally got my Mystery DVD in the mail today, and it's the Disneyland USA Treasures set! It's actually one of the few Treasures I still wanted but never got around to picking up! I knew it was a good sign when the case was thicker than a regular DVD case as I was opening it.
Guess it was worth all that fuss I went through to change my shipping address that day.

That's awesome, E! I still need that one, too. I actually only have one Treasure from the first wave (Silly Symphonies, which I absolutely love), and I've been meaning to pick up/find the rest but I haven't gotten around to it. Now I wish that I actually went for the mystery DVD cause I could've received something awesome.

So I received seven blu rays from Disney Movie Club today.. does anyone think it's worth waiting to cash in the codes? I'm not sure how often they do double points days..
