Monsters Inc Combo Pack Question

Disney Movie Rewards has two entries for Monsters Inc on BR/DVD combo pack. One is $31.95, and the other is $34.95, but I can't see any difference. Can anyone tell me if these are two different editions and what's different about them?

The one for $31.95 is for the blu-ray/dvd combo and the $34.95 one is for the blu/dvd/digital copy combo.

Thank you. The online catalog shows the same picture for both entries. They are both shown as BR/DVD/Digital Copy Combos. Your photos are different.

So do both of them inclde 2 blurays or just the one without the digital copy?
