The MacGyver episode The Secret of Parker House was a Halloween episode. It was season 4 episode 1. The description on the DVD says:
"MacGyver accompanies his friend Penny Parker (Teri Hatcher) to an old house she inherited from her aunt, but he suspects foul play when the house appears to be haunted."
Pretty much this story can happen anytime but what tied it to Halloween is you can see a quick shot of kids trick-or-treating.

you forgot one Lois and Clark Christmas episode "Home is where the Hurt is". Its when Lois and Clark are engaged, Season 3.
Disney Channel died when they stopped airing movies with Haley mills (Parent Trap and Pollyanna) and fun adventure movies like Swiss Family Robinson. R.I.P. the REAL Disney Channel. Date of Death: When the shows became teenie bopperish.

I think I've updated with all the above additions now.
I also added Valentine's, Halloween, and Thanksgiving episodes from Season 1 of "7th Heaven".
