Thank you, Luke. I was surprised to see this film get good reviews-Mr. Ebert even liked it. So I'm thinking about getting it. Again, thank you to Luke!

Ice Princess Disc Art

Post by Dan05 »

Hey Luke I was looking at the disc art for some DVD's on the Upcoming Cover Art page and when I clicked Ice Princess it said the page you are looking for cannot be found. I know the disc art is on the front/main page but I just thought i'd let ya know so you can fix it.

Has anyone here seen this movie? I've been thinking about watching it when it comes out on DVD, but I don't like children's movies that much (except for the animated classics including Pixar movies).

He also gave Thumbs Up to The Aviator, The Day After Tomorrow, Shrek 2, Around the World in 80 Days and Mean Girls. While he gives Thumbs down to Big Fish, Treasure Planet, Star Wars Episode 2: Attack Of the Clones and Series of Unfortunate Events!

I personally think he was right in:
The Aviator
Series of Unfortunate Events

But I haven't seen any of the others.

It's a lot differen't from what the trailer and everything make it out to be. I think little kids would be bored in this one to be honest. I'd rent it if I were you.

Yeah, it does. Of course, I saw the preview on the Pacifier DVD. That was a big clue that it probably isn't good. I'll just buy it on Direct TV. $4 is all I'd waste on it.

Thanks for the review Luke.
I was thinking about buying this one, but after reading the review, I'll probably just rent it for now.

i saw this in theaters and although iwas sick and people were throwing pop corn and ice cubes at me, i liked it. I thought it gave a good messege in going for what you want and not what everyone else wants you to do. but its just my opinion
