Diamond Celebration Entertainment Closing

Reports out of Disneyland claim that the 3 entertainment options created for the Diamond Celebration (World of Color - Celebrate, Disneyland Forever, and, most surprisingly, the Paint the Night parade) will be playing their final performances on September 5th. World of Color will return to its original version, and Fantasy in the Sky will return as Disneyland's fireworks show. No word has been said on the status of Paint the Night or any possible replacement.

I'm personally wondering if they're prepping Paint the Night to be sent over to Walt Disney World. Magic Kingdom's 2-month run of the Main Street Electrical Parade has been going for 6 years now, and Lord knows that that parade is on its last legs. I'm waiting to hear from Disney about what's going on with it because there's no way they're just gonna let it rot in storage.
