Yesterday evening, I had a sliced turkey sandwich with mustard (of course, I'm a fiend for mustard!), some hickory-barbecued wavy potato chips, a fruit salad, and a Country Kitchen chocolate donut (not glazed).

Yesterday afternoon, 17 people in my family went to Cheesecake Factory. I wanted to save room for cheesecake, so I got a BLT salad, which was just eh- I wouldn't order it again. And I had a strawberry banana smoothie. And I had banana cream cheesecake- YUMMMM!!! I still have the rest in my fridge for later today!

And right now I'm eating a banana cream yogurt- not nearly as good as the cheesecake!!!

We had a cookout the other day, and we had a lot of coleslaw, potato salad, and macaroni salad left, and I've been eating those for lunch, and I'm having that for supper, too. Just that. It's not the healthiest meal, but I'm trying to get rid of them. I was going to make some chicken to go along with it tonight, but Bobby had cereal, so I didn't bother. Guess what's for lunch tomorrow- coleslaw, potato salad, and macaroni salad. Guess what's for supper tomorrow- maybe chicken, I don't know, but definitely coleslaw, potato salad, and macaroni salad.

So, it is 3:02 am, and I'm only up because Harry (one of my dogs) told me to let him out to go potty...I'm not eating anything! And I'd advise you not to do what I wrote about earlier. I don't feel sick, per se, but eating only coleslaw, potato salad, and macaroni salad for 2 meals (plus lunch on Monday) yesterday is making me feel not so great. Fruit and [healthy!] vegetables and meat, please! I am going to stay far away from those darn salads (hmmm..."That Darn Salad!" has a nice ring, huh? It's only 3:04am...I can make a corny joke that I may regret later on!) and have soup or something for lunch, and maybe chicken and vegetables for supper. :)

I've been eating leftovers for the past few days, just had pasta, and haven't defrosted the meat in the freezer. I felt like making something easy. I'm eating Ghetto Pizza. I didn't come up with the name- I got it from one of my favorite food blogs:
http://www.bloglander.com/cheapeats/200 ... to-pizzas/
(Mine is made with whole wheat bread, my homemade pasta sauce [we have a little leftover], and 2 American cheese singles. Usually I'd put spices on top, but my sauce has spices in it.)

It's just alright, but I'm not too hungry, anyway, so it's a perfect-sized meal, and I'll have some fruit afterwards, either an apple or a mandarin orange or peach fruit cup. Or both. And I have some Juicy Juice punch juice. MMMM!
