Mine are:

The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Hercules
Tarzan
The Emperor's New Groove
Atlantis
Treasure Planet
The Princess and the Frog

Finding Nemo
Cars 1 and 2 (yes, I really liked the sequel).

That is a tough one.

Disney:
Hunchback of Notre Dame (save for the Gargoyles)
Mulan
Lilo & Stitch

I never saw Tarzan. Princess and the Frog and Tangled were good, but not really great.

Pixar:
Toy Story 2 & 3
The Incredibles
Up
WALL-E

I guess I could say I like most of the Pixar films (Well, except for Cars 2).

Since "best" is obviously being substitued for "favorite" here, I'll give my favorites post-TLK/TS.

Hercules
Mulan
Treasure Planet
The Princess and the Frog

(with maybe Pocahontas, The Emperor's New Groove, and Meet the Robinsons thrown in, though I only love aspects of them)

Toy Story 2
Monsters, Inc.
The Incredibles
Ratatouille
Toy Story 3

I'm taking best to mean just that, objective best.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
Hercules.
Tarzan.
Lilo & Stitch.

As for PIXAR:
Ratatouille. This film and the first Toy Story are really the only two PIXAR films I like. I've never been on the PIXAR bandwagon, none of their films fill me with a sense of wonder or excitement in the way that Disney's, or even a few of Dreamwork's (Prince of Egypt, HTTYD) do. I must however add that I have not seen Brave yet.

Tangled/Lilo & Stich for Disney, and Finding Nemo for Pixar gets my vote.

I think most of the films up to Tarzan/Mulan were great films, although Hercules and Mulan are the only ones I care for. After that, I'd say TP&tF, TENG, and TP are the only other Disney films post-TLK I like.

For Pixar, TS2 and 3, The Incredibles, Monsters, Inc., and Ratatouille.
