Even though I love Animaniacs, I'm dreading this reboot. Animaniacs was so special and unique, I have a hard time believing they'll be able to capture lightning in a bottle again.

Eh, in a way I'm happy for Animaniacs' commentary on a different world (in animation and otherwise), but I have to admit I was never a big fan of the original myself. I mean, it was funny, but some of the characters I found incredibly annoying--especially Wakko and Dot. I usually just watched to see Slappy, and Pinky and the Brain.

Well, let's hope that this reboot will be something worthy to the original series. I loved the show when was I kid and I do have a nostalgia for it. And yes, many of the satirical references went over my head as a kid. Wakko was my favorite of the Warner siblings, he was so endearing and I loved his cap and his accent.
