Have you guys seen these? They're fantastic!
I don't know if I've seen "Creature From The Black Lagoon" in its entirety or in snippets but I've been familiar with the monster. I didn't know anything behind the scenes of the film till I found those photos and there was a blurb below them stating the Gill-man's costume designer's name is Disney animator Millicent Patrick (I hadn't known there was a Disney animator named Millicent Patrick. Hey, there's too many animators for me to remember so I have to settle with remembering a few.) and some man stole her credit for designing the costume for half a century. I'm glad Millicent is getting credit for Gill-man's design now. Sometime I should get a hold of the film and watch it.
